	Tadalafil Tab
Tadalafil Tablets are a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor used for the management of erectile dysfunction (ED) and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). It enhances blood flow to specific tissues by relaxing smooth muscles in blood vessels, helping men achieve and maintain erections sufficient for sexual activity.
Tadalafil is also used in lower doses for daily therapy, improving spontaneity and overall confidence in patients.
Tadalafil works by selectively inhibiting PDE5, an enzyme that breaks down cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) in the corpus cavernosum.
The increase in cGMP leads to vasodilation and improved blood flow, restoring natural erectile function in response to sexual stimulation.
Available in various strengths (2.5 mg, 5 mg, 10 mg, 20 mg) for daily or as-needed dosing.
Also prescribed for pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) in some therapeutic contexts due to its vasodilatory properties.
